A hidden jem of a hotel, with lovely, comfortable rooms; pleasant, efficient staff and an individually cooked breakfast. It is located in a brilliant place with the travel hub, the historic quarter and the shopping centre just up the road. Highly recommended. - C. M
A friendly welcome from an obliging staff. Room should have a safe and a minibar with free water at the price. No air con and the breakfast rather unimaginative. If you pay the highest rates you get a good sea view and the location is superb. The bus and train stations are 100 metres away and the Historic Dockyard on the doorstep. - Reg H
This small hotel is superb in a range of ways - especially the personal attention tendered to each customer. One is made to feel valued. - Fr. James McCurry
